If you are purchasing locally and in person, we accept payment in cash both in SSP or USD and also by cheque. You can collect and receive the artwork either flat stretched or removed from the stretcher and rolled.
During last 3 years Studio One have successfully shipped a number of countries including USA, UK, Germany, France, Norway, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Egypt.
For overseas sales we prefer payment via Bank Transfer.
All works once sold they are not returnable, however we accept that there is a very small chance of damage to the exported work. In the unlikely event please open the consignment in the presence of the courier as a witness prior to an insurance claim being submitted.
We partners with the fast and reliable couriers FedEx and DHL. Artworks are fully insured, Shipping cost will be quoted to you on an individual bases (since its subjected to size dimensions and weight) and will be add to the quoted price of the artwork. A receipt and way bill number will be emailed to you to tract your package on currier’s website.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
It will be a client decision to choose
1. Flat Packaging: well protected by sheet of African printed cloth followed by a sheet of light wooden board. If they are more than one they will be separated by sheets of hard paper.
2. Rolled Packaging: the canvas will be rolled, oil paint to the outside around a hard paper tube, bubble wrap and all placed in a PVC tube to guaranteed protection. If they are two pieces or more e.g. oil painting on canvas and water color of paper. The paper piece will be rolled inside and separated the followed by a rolled canvas, and all will be paced in a PVC
